An early beta version mistakenly wrote config files all over the place.

The LW.cfg gile is written in the directory was launched from if ran from
a command line or double clicked upon in file manager. If you run LW from
an icon, the Working Directory setting in the properties for the icon
determine where the cfg file is written. This is set to the dir where LW
is lauched from by default, but can be changed.
